StoreDesk

StoreDesk puts your convenience store on your phone. See how the day is going, look up a price, check fuel and read the register's own reports without walking to the back office. WHAT YOU CAN DO Dashboard See today so far: sales, customers, average basket, fuel gallons, lottery and sales tax, with the day's sales by hour. Reports and analytics Read the register's closed-day reports, with the detail behind each number, and compare any date range. Price book Search every item by name or UPC, scan a barcode, and see what it sells for and what it costs you. Cost analysis See each item's vendor costs beside its retail price, and the margin on both. Register changes See what changed on the register, and when. Transactions Look through recent transactions, with the card, the total and the time. Fuel Fuel sales, current prices and tank levels, at stores that sell fuel. Sales tax What you collected each month, with the figures your state asks for. WHAT YOU NEED StoreDesk on your store PC. The phone app is a companion to it: it shows what the store PC already knows, over your store's remote access. The store PC must be on and running StoreDesk. A Verifone Commander register. StoreDesk reads your prices, items and reports from it. An account from your manager. You see only the screens your role allows, and your manager sets that on the store desktop. YOUR DATA STAYS AT YOUR STORE Your catalog, prices and sales history live on your store PC, not in our cloud. The phone only displays them. JUST LOOKING? Sign in to the demo to see every screen with sample data before you set anything up.
