StoneEx Mobile is the mobile app for stone and countertop fabrication companies that run on StoneEx, the business management and operations platform for stone fabrication and installation. Each person signs in to their company workspace and sees the work that belongs to their role. OFFICE — for owners and admins • Actions: the business actions waiting on you, such as creating the job after a customer signs a contract, with the quote, customer and site details. Open any action in StoneEx to finish it. • Today: your schedule for the day. TEMPLATER AND INSTALLER — for field crews • My Work: scheduled, requested and completed jobs. • Job details with customer, site and project information. • Map, navigation hand-off and live travel time on supported plans. • Start and complete a template or an installation. • Interactive checklists with notes, flags and photos. • Photos, short videos and template files attached to the job. • Customer signature and confirmation. • Job notes shared with the office. • Share your location with the office while a job is in progress — optional, on supported plans, and you can stop at any time. • Recorded site conversations with AI summary and transcript, where your company has enabled AI. • Voice assistant for hands-free help with your jobs and schedule. • Work requests: accept, decline or propose another time. FABRICATOR — for the shop floor • Your scheduled shop work, day by day. • Machine, crew, material, drawing, photos, documents and notes for each job. • Start Work and Complete Work. • Owners and admins can preview a fabricator's work, read-only. DRAWING AND SLAB LAYOUT • View the quote drawing on any job and open it as a PDF, with slab layout pages when you need them. WORKS WHEN THE SIGNAL DOESN'T • Status changes, notes, checklist updates and signatures are saved on the device and sent when you are back online. StoneEx Mobile requires a StoneEx company workspace. Accounts are created by your company; features depend on your role and your company's plan.
