Stomp

Stomp is the running app built for runners who want more than a mileage log. Plan unique routes, track every run with GPS, earn trophies, and push yourself with personalized weekly challenges — all in one beautifully designed app. Plan Your Perfect Run Generate running routes on demand. Choose your distance, terrain type (trail or road), elevation preference, and starting direction. Stomp plans a loop that starts and ends at your door. Explore new neighbourhoods, parks, and paths you'd never find on your own. Track Every Step Hit the Run tab and go. Stomp records your route in real time with GPS, captures split times for every kilometre, tracks elevation gain, and logs weather conditions at the time of your run. Every detail, beautifully presented. Earn Trophies & Level Up Unlock 35 trophies across distance milestones, consistency streaks, speed goals, exploration challenges, weather achievements, and more. Collect XP with every run and every challenge completed — watch your level grow. Weekly Challenges, Freshly Generated Every Monday Stomp gives you two personalized challenges based on your recent running history. Hit them, earn bonus XP, and keep the momentum going week after week. Know Your Numbers Your Stats tab shows 8-week training volume, daily activity, personal bests, and week-on-week progress. Stomp Elite unlocks advanced analytics including pace trends, elevation history, and PR comparisons across all race distances. Sync Your Runs From Other Apps With Health Connect Already recorded a run in another app? Connect Health Connect from the Connected Apps screen and Stomp imports your existing runs automatically, so your history is always complete. Stomp reads your running and treadmill workout sessions, along with the distance, elevation gain, and route for each one, and shows them alongside the runs you record in Stomp. Access is read-only — Stomp never writes to or changes your Health Connect data. Turn on optional background auto-sync and new runs from other apps appear in Stomp roughly once an hour without opening the app. You can disconnect or turn off auto-sync at any time in Connected Apps, or revoke access in Health Connect. Built for Serious Runners — and Those Just Starting Out Whether you're training for your first 5K or chasing a marathon PB, Stomp adapts to your level.
