StitchOS FRI is a dedicated, enterprise-grade mobile audit application designed specifically for quality assurance professionals and factory auditors in the apparel manufacturing industry. Built to integrate seamlessly with the StitchOS ERP platform, this application digitizes and streamlines the entire Final Random Inspection (FRI) workflow directly from the factory floor. Eliminate manual paperwork, Excel sheets, and disconnected data. With StitchOS FRI, auditors can execute rigorous AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) inspections, log defects instantly, and transmit real-time compliance data directly back to the central StitchOS dashboard. Key Features & Capabilities Seamless Multi-Tier Enterprise Login Gain secure access tailored to your operations. Log in via your central Organization ID, select your active Branch (Unit), and authenticate with your individual Auditor credentials to fetch your assigned inspection schedules. Digital FRI Checklists & AQL Sampling Automate your sampling plans. The app dynamically calculates sample sizes and allowed defect thresholds based on order quantities and standardized AQL matrices, reducing human error during critical acceptance checks. On-the-Floor Defect Logging & Image Capture Document discrepancies instantly. Tap to classify defects by severity (Critical, Major, Minor) across various zones of the garment. Take clear photos of fabric flaws, measurement variances, or stitching errors directly within the app interface. Ephemeral & Secure Data Processing Data integrity is built into the core framework. Captured document images and defect visual proofs are processed ephemerally to generate real-time audit reports, securely transmitting files to your system infrastructure without compromising private internal data or device storage. Automated Inspection Reports Generate detailed, professional inspection summaries instantly upon completion. Digital signature captures allow both the factory representative and the auditor to sign off on-site, triggering immediate Pass/Fail updates to the central StitchOS platform. Designed Exclusively for the StitchOS Ecosystem This application is built for B2B distribution and functions as an extension of your company’s managed operations. It is fully compatible with private enterprise deployment networks (EMM/MDM), ensuring secure configuration, silent updates, and restricted organizational access. Please Note: This application requires an active enterprise subscription and valid credentials managed by your organization on the StitchOS platform. It is not available for public registration. Permissions Used & Purpose Camera Access: Required for live photograph capture of garment defects and factory document validation. Gallery Access (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): Allows auditors to upload pre-captured reference images, spec sheets, or documentation required for the audit file. All media is handled strictly for app functionality and processed ephemerally.
