Stewrd

Something has happened at work and it doesn't sit right. Maybe it's a disciplinary, a grievance, a change to your hours, or the slow drip of being treated unfairly in a toxic environment. In moments like these it's hard to think straight, let alone keep track of what was said and when. Stewrd is an AI workplace companion for UK workers. Talk through your situation in your own words and it responds like a knowledgeable colleague - explaining how common workplace procedures usually work, asking the right questions, and helping you organise your thinking. As you talk, Stewrd quietly builds a private case record on your device: key facts, a timeline, and a place to keep your documents. When you're ready, Stewrd can pull everything together into a clear Case Pack to hand to a Union Representative, Officer, ACAS, or a solicitor. Everything stays on your phone. No account, no sign-up, no one looking over your shoulder. What Stewrd helps you do: - Talk through a workplace problem with an AI companion, any time of day - Understand how general procedures like grievances and disciplinaries usually work - Keep an automatic record of who said what, and when - Build a clear timeline of events as things unfold - Store photos, letters, and screenshots alongside your case - Generate a Case Pack summary to hand to a rep, ACAS, or solicitor - Check a pay offer against inflation and National Minimum Wage rates - Switch on Rep mode if you support others as a union rep What Stewrd is not: Stewrd is not a law firm and does not give legal advice or representation. It won't predict what a tribunal will decide, and it's not a replacement for a trade union, a solicitor, or ACAS. Think of it as the knowledgeable colleague who helps you get your head straight and your facts in order — then points you to the right people for formal support. That honesty is the point: you should always know exactly where the line is. Your privacy comes first. Your case notes, timeline, and documents are stored only on your device — there's no account and nothing to log in to. Messages are sent securely to generate AI replies and are not stored against your name. Made by a former union rep and branch secretary with 20+ years on the shop floor — built for workers, on the worker's side. Know your rights. Record what matters. https://stewrd.co.uk/privacy ─── BUILT FOR WORKERS ─── Stewrd is for people who don't know where to turn. You shouldn't need to be a legal expert to protect yourself at work.
