As the timer ends, Lull fades your sounds out slowly, so the silence doesn't wake you. Add 15 minutes from the notification or your lock screen. BEDTIME ON AUTOPILOT Build a calm bedtime routine without touching your phone. Pick a time and the days, like weeknights at 10:30 PM. At bedtime Lull fades your mix in by itself, plays it for as long as you choose, then fades out and stops. Tap "Test in 1 minute" to check it on your phone.
