M-Prism

M-Prism turns the M-Pesa messages your phone already receives into real books for your shop. Every payment that lands becomes a sale in your ledger. No typing, no notebook, no waiting until evening to remember what happened. WHAT IT DOES FOR YOU Know your profit today See what came in, what went out and what you actually made. Today, this week, this month. No adding up at the end of the day. Know what is selling M-Prism learns your products and your prices from your own sales. It shows you what moves fast and what sits on the shelf, ranked, without you setting anything up. Know your stock before it runs out Set what you keep and the app counts it down as you sell. It tells you when something is running low, and it tells you when units go missing that no sale explains. Know who owes you Write down goods taken on credit, see who still owes what, and send a friendly reminder on WhatsApp when you are ready. You review the message before it goes. TAP, DO NOT TYPE When money arrives, M-Prism guesses what was sold using your own prices and what that customer usually buys. Most of the time you just tap to confirm. When it does not know, it stays quiet instead of guessing wrong. The more you confirm, the better it knows your shop. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE There is no account to create and no server holding your business. Your sales, your customers, your prices and your messages live in the app on your phone and nowhere else. Delete the app and they are gone with it. M-Prism reads SMS only to find M-Pesa messages. Everything else in your inbox is ignored. BUILT FOR A REAL SHOP Works on a normal Android phone. Light on data. Made for dukas, kiosks, butcheries, salons, hardwares and anyone who gets paid by M-Pesa and wants to know where they stand.
