Steady On is built for people living with POTS and dysautonomia. It brings symptoms, vital signs, daily context and appointment preparation together in one calm, organised place. TRACK WHAT MATTERS Record heart rate and blood pressure with your posture — lying, sitting or standing. Log symptoms, fluids, salt, medication, cycle information, activities and other factors that may help you understand your days. FOLLOW A GUIDED LEAN TEST Use a simple timer and prompts to record your own pulse and optional blood-pressure readings during a guided lean test. Readings are entered manually so the feature remains available without a smartwatch. SEE PATTERNS OVER TIME Review trends across your own records, including changes by posture and time of day. If you choose, Steady On can read heart-rate history from Health Connect to provide a summary of your day. Health Connect is optional and is not used to take live lean-test readings. PREPARE FOR APPOINTMENTS Turn your records into a clear report that can help you describe what has been happening. Keep questions and appointment details together so useful information is ready when you need it.
