Stead Live

Stead is a health companion built around your actual week: what you eat, how you train, and what's for dinner tonight. No signup. No streaks. No guilt. Open it and start. TELL IT, DON'T TAP THROUGH MENUS Type "two rotis, dal and rice", say it out loud, or snap your plate. Stead turns it into a meal with calories and protein, item by item, so you can fix anything that looks off. Weight, water and workouts go in the same way. ASK WHAT TO EAT Get a meal to cook, or picks from places near you on Swiggy. Every pick is a whole meal from one kitchen, the curry with its roti or rice, sized to your day: after a heavy lunch, a lighter dinner. It keeps to your diet, what you'd rather avoid and your budget, and finds something a little different each night. ORDER WITHOUT LEAVING Connect your Swiggy account and order right inside Stead. Check the bill and the delivery address, pay by UPI, cash or Swiggy Money, and follow the order on Today. When it arrives, it's ready to log with one tap. Stead never orders anything without your tap. A WORKOUT THAT FITS TODAY Tell it your equipment, how long you've got and anything that's hurting, and get a session that fits, or a whole training week. A WEEK PLANNED AROUND YOUR LIFE Build a 7-day meal plan around where each meal really comes from: home, office or delivery. Not quite right? Tell Stead what to change and it reworks that day. EVERYTHING EDITABLE Every meal, workout, weight and water entry lands in one feed, grouped by day. Change a quantity, fix an item or delete it. Nothing is locked. YOUR WEEK, NOT A SCOREBOARD See today's calories and protein and how your week is going. No red numbers, no "you failed". YOUR DATA IS YOURS No account and no email wall. Export everything as a file or wipe it completely, any time, from Settings. A NOTE ON HEALTH Stead is not a medical app and does not give medical advice. If you mention a dietary need, it adjusts the food it suggests. It never interprets lab results, discusses medication or claims food treats anything. For anything medical, talk to a doctor. Stead is independent and not operated by Swiggy. Swiggy is a trademark of its owner, named here only to describe the connection. Built for people with real schedules who are done being nagged by their phone.
