SoundSync: Multi Phone Speaker

SoundSync turns the phones around you into one speaker system. Everyone plays the same song at the same moment, synced to the millisecond, over shared Wi-Fi, a phone hotspot, or Wi-Fi Direct. No account, no sign-up, and no internet connection needed. More phones means more sound. Two phones on a table, five phones at a picnic, or one phone in every room of the house. HOW IT WORKS 1. One phone hosts the session and picks the music. 2. Everyone else joins by scanning the QR code, or with a single tap when all devices are on the same Wi-Fi. 3. Press play. Every device starts together and stays together. MAIN FEATURES • Multi phone speaker — up to 10 phones can join one host, so 11 devices play as one • Millisecond sync — clock sync on every join, plus automatic drift correction while music plays • Works with no internet — shared Wi-Fi, your phone's own hotspot, or Wi-Fi Direct • QR code join, or one-tap join when everyone is on the same network • Group music player — guests can send their own songs to the host's queue • Master volume for the whole room, and a 5-band equalizer • Volume boost up to 200% for quiet files • Stereo left and right — make one phone the left speaker and another the right, for dual audio and split audio setups • Per-device delay trim — nudge any phone forward or back in milliseconds to line up a Bluetooth speaker • Automatic file sharing — the host's song is sent to every device, so nothing has to be downloaded by hand • Video sessions — the host watches the picture while everyone hears the audio in sync • Solo mode — a normal offline music player for when you are on your own • Playlists, queue reordering, and shuffle • Dark and light themes, and 10 languages • Plays MP3, M4A, AAC, FLAC, WAV, OGG, 3GP and MP4 audio WHAT PEOPLE USE IT FOR • Party speaker — several phones playing together are far louder than one • Silent disco — everyone hears the same track through their own headphones • Wireless home audio — reuse old phones as multi-room speakers • Bluetooth speaker boost — each phone can feed its own Bluetooth speaker, synced with the rest • Outdoor sports, camping, picnics and road trips — no signal required • Stereo sound from two phones, one as the left channel and one as the right WHY SOUNDSYNC • Nothing to sign up for. No account, no email, no profile. • Fully offline. Hotspot and Wi-Fi Direct mean a session works with no router and no mobile data. • Built for accuracy. Devices agree on a shared clock before anything plays, and the host corrects drift during playback. • Free to use. An optional one-time purchase removes ads. IF A DEVICE WILL NOT CONNECT Many Wi-Fi networks block phones from talking directly to each other. Guest networks, office networks, hotel Wi-Fi and some home routers do this, and it stops any local sync app from working. The fix is to host with your phone's hotspot instead of the shared Wi-Fi. The hotspot carries the session only and does not need mobile data or internet access. Wi-Fi Direct is a second option on phones that support it. If joining still fails, email us the phone models and the network you are on, and we will work through it with you. PERMISSIONS • Location and nearby Wi-Fi: Android requires these to find devices on the local network and to read hotspot details. SoundSync never collects or shares your location. • Notifications: shows playback controls while a session is running. • Audio files: reads the music you choose to play.
