Khai-D Vendor: Consignment

Khai-D Vendor is for people who leave their goods at shops on consignment: kuih and snack makers, home bakers, small producers. It keeps track of what you dropped off at each shop, what sold, and what the shop owes you, on your phone. SET UP ON YOUR PHONE Create an account with your email or with Google, tell the app your business name, and follow three steps: add what you sell, add a shop, send your first delivery. No computer is needed. RECORD EVERY DELIVERY Pick the shop, enter how many of each product you are leaving, and send. The pieces leave your stock count and the delivery is recorded against that shop. You can print or share a delivery note. COLLECT THE RIGHT AMOUNT When you go back to the shop, count what is left on the shelf. The app works out what sold and what the shop owes you after the share the shop keeps. Record what was paid and see what is still outstanding for each shop. WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL Products, shops, deliveries and collections are saved on the phone and sent when you are back online, so you can work inside a shop with no reception. Creating an account, signing in and connecting a shop by QR code need a connection.
