Full description
The gym tracker that answers the only question that matters: what do I lift today? StackUp is a workout tracker for strength training that does progressive overload for you: it reads your reps and fills in next session's weight before you get there. StackUp's arrow system turns your reps into a decision: ▲ above your target range → more weight next time ▬ inside the range → the weight stays ▼ below the range → less weight next time HOW PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD WORKS HERE • Log your reps per set — the arrow appears as you type and shows what it means: "16 reps → next time 62.5 kg ▲" • Finish the workout — StackUp remembers every arrow • Next session, the adjusted weight is already filled in. No spreadsheets, no math at the squat rack. SMART STRENGTH TRAINING, NOT BLOATED • Deload detection: three ▼ sessions in a row and StackUp suggests a real reset instead of another small step down • Personal records: beat your best on any lift and the finish summary says so • "Last time" on every exercise: 15/12/9 @ 60 kg — right where you need it • Tap the arrow to override any suggestion. You stay in charge. 192 EXERCISES, OR YOUR OWN • An exercise tracker with a full library — barbell, dumbbell, machine, cable, bodyweight — filtered by muscle group • Cardio too: log time and distance, with a stopwatch that keeps running if you leave the app • Supersets and circuits: group exercises and StackUp rests between rounds, not between sets • Add your own exercise in seconds. Nothing here is set in stone. A GYM LOG WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED • Ready-made splits (Upper/Lower, Push/Pull/Legs, Full Body) — fully editable • Per-exercise rep ranges and weight increments • Progress charts for every exercise, and a full workout log of every session • Backup & restore — your data, your file • kg or lbs, dark mode, English & German PRIVATE BY DESIGN Free. No ads, ever. No account needed. Works offline — everything lives on your device. Optional: sign in with Google to sync your log between your devices, free. Your data stays yours: export it or delete it from the app any time. EARLY DAYS — AND YOU GET A REAL ANSWER StackUp is a young lifting app, built by one person who trains. Every feature here came from someone asking for it. Mail me and you get an answer, not a ticket number: [email protected] Simple. Uncluttered. Serious. Built for people who lift.

What's new

35 new exercises — 192 in total: • Jumps: box jumps, squat jumps, tuck jumps, lunge jumps • The push-up ladder: knee, archer, pike and plyometric push-ups • Single-leg and single-arm work — you log the reps of one side • Machines: the seated lower-back machine and the rotary torso • Plus dragon flags, JM press, bird dogs, kettlebell and band exercises Search now finds exercises by what people call them, like "ab machine" or "hyperextension".
