Squash Lab

Squash Lab turns your practice video into swing-by-swing technique analysis. Lean your phone against the side wall, film 10 to 12 drives, and Squash Lab finds every swing in the video. Each one is scored against benchmarks built from professional players, with a skeleton and racket path drawn over your own footage so you can see exactly what your body did. HOW IT WORKS Film a set. Upload it. Get a session score, a score for every individual swing, and the single thing worth working on next. WHAT YOU SEE Your swing with the skeleton and racket path traced over it, frame by frame. Technique, power and consistency broken out separately. Every swing in the set, so you can find the one that felt wrong and see why. Session history, so you can tell whether last week's fix actually stuck. ASK YOUR COACH A built-in coach that has read your own session data. Ask why a swing scored the way it did, what to work on, or how to drill it, and get an answer grounded in your numbers rather than generic advice. BUILT FOR SQUASH Not a general sports app with squash added on. Every benchmark, every cue and every drill is squash specific, built for the forehand and backhand drive. TRY IT WITHOUT FILMING Open the app and tap "See what a session looks like" to explore a real analyzed session before you record anything. Squash Lab is also on iPhone. squashlab.app
