Full description

Block Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, stop doomscrolling and earn your screen time back with Sprout. Sprout is a reels blocker, shorts blocker and app blocker for people who want less scrolling and more life. You keep your apps: set daily screen time limits, block the short video feeds that pull you in, and earn extra minutes by doing something good for yourself, like pushups, squats, reading, a walk outside or a focus session. Free covers daily limits for up to 2 apps, earned minutes and streaks. Sprout Premium unlocks every app you choose, short-form video blocking, custom activities, focus schedules and your full history. BLOCK REELS AND SHORTS, KEEP THE APP • Block Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts while the rest of the app keeps working (Sprout Premium) • Stop the endless swipe before one short video turns into an hour • Limit TikTok and other addictive apps with daily screen time limits EARN YOUR SCREEN TIME • Unlock minutes with pushups, squats, reading, studying or deep work • Touch grass: go for a walk outside or have a phone-free meal to earn time • Meditation, journaling, yoga and other healthy habits count too • Create your own activities (Sprout Premium) A DOPAMINE DETOX THAT STICKS • Daily screen time limits for the apps you open without thinking • Streaks that reward every day you stay in control • Progress tracking so you can watch your screen time go down • Focus schedules for work and study hours (Sprout Premium) WHY SPROUT Most app blockers only say no. Sprout turns screen time into something you earn, so a digital detox feels like building a habit instead of fighting your phone. Fewer reels, fewer shorts, less brain rot and more time for training, reading, friends and sleep. Sprout is made for anyone who wants to: • Stop doomscrolling and quit endless short videos • Reduce screen time without deleting apps • Beat phone addiction with healthier habits • Do a dopamine detox without going cold turkey • Stay focused while studying or working Accessibility API Usage: This app uses the AccessibilityService API to detect when short-form videos, such as Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts, are opened. Sprout uses this signal to block those feeds based on your focus settings. No personal data is collected or shared through this service.
