With your explicit permission, SplitPi identifies eligible bank, card, and UPI transaction alerts and extracts details such as amount, date, transaction direction, payment channel, and counterparty. SMS processing takes place locally on your device. Full SMS message text is not uploaded, shared, or retained. Nothing is saved automatically. You must review and confirm every draft before an expense is created. SMS information is never used for advertising, analytics, or profiling. Using SMS suggestions is completely optional. You can continue creating expenses manually without granting SMS permission. PERSONAL AND SHARED RECORDS Use SplitPi as a personal expense notebook or invite others to shared groups. Group records are visible only to relevant participants based on their assigned roles.
