SplitLease

SplitLease splits shared rent the way roommates actually live together — by room size and by the exact days each person was there, not a flat even share. Add your rooms with a size weight, add your roommates with move-in dates, and set the rent for the period. SplitLease works out everyone's fair share day by day. Move out mid-month? SplitLease automatically shifts the remaining rent onto whoever's still living there, starting the day someone leaves — no manual recalculating, no awkward conversations about who owes what. Features: • Day-by-day rent split by room weight and days actually lived • Automatic reallocation when a roommate moves out early • Visual day-by-day allocation strip showing exactly how the split changes over the period • Full history of past billing periods with their breakdowns • Stats screen with spending trends, per-roommate totals, and an occupancy heatmap • Everything stays on your device — no account, no cloud, no ads
