EcoDrive: Car Efficiency Coach

Every time you brake, you throw away momentum you burned fuel to build EcoDrive helps you conserve it Your fuel gauge tells you what you have burned. It cannot tell you when to stop adding energy and let momentum do the work. EcoDrive can. Think of it as a fitness app for your car. EcoDrive learns how your vehicle coasts, carries speed and responds, then uses the road ahead to coach smoother driving. Momentum you would have braked away becomes distance instead THE PHYSICS OF BETTER DRIVING Modern petrol engines can cut fuel completely when you lift off the accelerator in gear. Every metre you glide in the right situation can be distance gained without adding more fuel. EcoDrive helps with that timing in normal driving: approaching roundabouts, corners, speed changes, give-way signs and traffic lights. Instead of arriving too fast and braking away energy, EcoDrive helps you lift earlier, glide further and carry the right speed into what comes next HYPERMILING, WITHOUT THE HOMEWORK Hypermilers have used these ideas for years: glide instead of braking late, accelerate smoothly, anticipate the road and let momentum do more of the work. EcoDrive turns those principles into live, in-car coaching tuned to your own vehicle. No spreadsheets. No forum deep-dives. No guessing LIVE COACHING, GLANCEABLE BY DESIGN A glide band on the map shows where lifting off may help. Voice prompts and haptics guide you hands-free, so your attention stays on the road. No menus. No fiddling. Just drive IT LEARNS YOUR CAR Generic economy advice only goes so far. EcoDrive learns from your actual vehicle as you drive. It can build a practical efficiency model for: ✓ Glide — how far your car really carries speed ✓ Acceleration — how smoothly and efficiently you build speed ✓ Cruise — how your vehicle behaves at steady speeds ✓ Fuel use — improved modelling when engine data is available EcoDrive shows confidence as it learns, and each vehicle can have its own profile BALANCED ECO ROUTING EcoDrive is not just about the shortest path. It considers how a route may feel to drive: stop-start sections, awkward turns, speed changes, gradients and opportunities to preserve momentum. The goal is simple: a practical route that balances direct travel with smoother, more efficient driving. Navigation also helps EcoDrive calculate glide opportunities along the route you are taking EVERY DRIVE BECOMES A WORKOUT Each trip gives feedback on the habits you control: ✓ Anticipation ✓ Glide timing ✓ Smoothness ✓ Speed discipline ✓ Idle time ✓ Efficient acceleration Track weekly targets, streaks, personal records, trip history, trends and estimated fuel and cost savings against your own early baseline WORKS WITH OR WITHOUT AN ADAPTER Start with just your phone. GPS-powered coaching works out of the box. Add a compatible Bluetooth OBD-II adapter when you are ready to unlock engine telemetry and more detailed fuel modelling WHY DRIVERS USE ECODRIVE Fuel prices are not in your control.
