Full description

No more juggling camera rolls, Word docs, and email chains. Evidens takes you from a property walkthrough to a signed, professional PDF report in under an hour. Built for landlords, property managers, real estate agencies, and tenants handling residential and commercial properties, covering move-in, move-out, and routine condition reports. KEY FEATURES • AI-generated descriptions. Snap a photo, get a written condition note automatically • Voice memo transcription. Talk through a room instead of typing notes • Guided room-by-room walkthrough, customizable per property type • Supports residential and commercial properties • Agency team support. Agents share visibility into their team's properties and inspections • Instant, professionally formatted PDF reports • Digital signatures from owner, agent, and tenant. No printing, no scanning • Move-in / move-out comparison. Tenants confirm or flag changes against the baseline • Full inspection history, always accessible per property • Available in English and Mongolian WHO IT'S FOR Residential landlords, commercial property owners, real estate agencies and property managers handling condition reports for clients, and tenants completing a move-in or move-out inspection their landlord requested. WHY EVIDENS Most inspection software is built for large portfolios. It's expensive, complex, and overkill for an individual property. Evidens is different: • No training required. A tenant can finish a full inspection on their first try • AI-assisted descriptions and voice-to-text. No other inspection app offers this • Native camera performance built for walking a property, not filling in a form • Affordable, credit-based pricing. Pay only when you generate a report • Owner and tenant collaborate in the same inspection, not separate systems Download Evidens and generate your first report free.
