Spectrum Live

Spectrum is the official team app for Spectrum IT Hub Limited, the IT services company with nearshore operations in Swindon (UK) and offshore delivery in Bangalore (India). It gives Spectrum IT Hub staff one place to run the day-to-day of the business, from wherever they are: LIVE CUSTOMER CHAT Answer website enquiries in real time. Conversations from spectrumithub.com land straight in the app, organised by topic - contact enquiries, registrations, careers and G-Cloud service requests - so the right person can pick each one up and reply instantly. URGENT G-CLOUD ALERTS A new G-Cloud procurement request rings loudly until it is opened, so time-boxed, high-value opportunities are never missed. Follow-up messages arrive as normal notifications. SUBMISSIONS AND PIPELINE Review contact-form submissions, registrations and career applications, claim conversations, and keep track of what has been handled. TEAM MESSAGING Chat with colleagues one-to-one or in groups, share photos, voice notes and files, and keep internal discussion next to the customer work it relates to. TASKS AND DASHBOARD See what needs attention at a glance, assign work, and follow progress from the dashboard. BUILT FOR THE SPECTRUM IT HUB TEAM The app is intended for Spectrum IT Hub staff. New team members can create an account from the sign-in screen; accounts are approved and managed by the company. All data is encrypted in transit.
