It lets operators record quality measurements right where production happens, even without a network connection. Built for the shop floor • Sync the control plans, characteristics and schedules assigned to your plant, area and line, then work fully offline. • See today's work at a glance: the dashboard shows which samples are due, overdue or already done. • Enter variable measurements, attribute checks and check sheets, with a layout designed for busy production lines. • Get immediate feedback when a value falls outside specification or control limits, with alerts and team leader sign-off. • Add notes and context tags to explain what happened on the line. Reliable offline-first design • All collected data is stored on the device in an encrypted database. • Pending submissions are sent automatically to your SPC Pro server when the connection returns. • Nothing is lost if the device goes offline in the middle of a shift. Secure and enterprise ready • Sign in with the account provided by your organization, or by scanning your employee badge. • Connects only to your organization's SPC Pro server, in the cloud or on premises. • No ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics. Requirements SPC Pro Mobile requires an SPC Pro account and server provided by your organization.
