BidWolf: Hire Pros & Bid Jobs

BidWolf is the home-services app where homeowners find the right contractor on the first try — and where pros run their whole business from one place. ★ FOR HOMEOWNERS • Post your project once. Get bids from licensed, insured, trust-graded pros nearby. • Compare side by side — letter-grade trust scores, reviews, completed jobs, and price-position bars at a glance. • Schedule walkthroughs in-app. Bids backed by an on-site visit get a green "Saw the job" stamp so you know the price is accurate. • Track milestones, photos, and payments through built-in escrow — no chasing invoices, no payment disputes. • Recurring contracts (lawn, cleaning, pool) come with a "find a backup pro" middle path — open the job to new bids without cancelling your current contractor. • Cross-platform reviews from Google, Yelp, BBB, and Houzz right on each pro's profile. ★ FOR CONTRACTORS — PRO TOOLS • Log a Job in 3 taps to add off-platform work, with before/after photos. • Customers CRM — your Bidwolf customers AND logged jobs in one searchable list. Tag VIP, Slow Pay, Referral. Add customers from your phone contacts or manually. • Reports — earnings, tax-ready 1099, customer revenue, trust scorecard, job log, materials & receipts. Export PDF / CSV / email. • Refer & Earn — share your personal link, get one month free Standard ($90) for every pro who joins and pays. • Attach portfolio proof when bidding — show your past work right on the bid. • Trust grade that actually moves — every license, insurance, completed job, and peer endorsement is logged with a live timeline. Build Your Profile checklist unlocks Verified Pro at 90%. • Crew management — change roles, pause members, remove, transfer ownership. ★ TRUST & SAFETY • Letter-grade trust scores (A+ through D) built from credentials, reviews, track record, and peer endorsements. • Verified licenses, insurance, and bonding badges on every pro profile. • Walkthrough-confirmed bids visually flagged so homeowners know what they're getting. • Required reasons + homeowner notification for any skipped recurring visit. • Spot-check program keeps logged jobs honest. ★ WHAT'S NEW IN 2.2 • Pro Tools tab — Log Job wizard, Customers CRM, Reports, Refer & Earn • Build Your Profile completeness screen with unlockable rewards (Featured / Verified Pro / Trust boost) • My Trust Score redesigned with pillar breakdown, Quick Wins, badges, and live history timeline • Endorse Pros — endorsements come back to you, both grades climb • Bid card redesign with green walkthrough border + portfolio proof on the card • Cross-platform reviews + peer endorsements on pro profiles • Recurring contracts: skip-with-reason, contractor opt-out with 7/14/30-day notice, homeowner find-a-backup-pro • Customers added from phone contacts or manually with VIP / Slow Pay tags • Many fixes — walkthrough completion now properly flips bid status, "Tomorrow" instead of "Today" on next-visit display Built in the US.
