Full description

Sparrik is a negotiation coach. Practice with an AI counterpart on concrete professional situations, then get feedback on the exchange. How it works 1. Choose a scenario. 2. Negotiate by exchanging messages. You can also dictate an argument with the microphone: the recording is used only to transcribe it. 3. Get a score on clarity, confidence, and outcome, with your strengths and what still needs work. Situations Job offers (package, base salary, variable pay, remote work, signing bonus, title and level), a raise when you are already employed, and a freelance day rate. More scenarios are added over time. You can also suggest a situation that is missing. Languages The app is available in French and English. Account An account (email address and password) lets you practice and find your session history. Some scenarios are free. The others unlock with an in-app purchase through Google Play. Your data Your sessions and scores are visible only to you. Sparrik does not sell your data and does not show ads. Privacy policy: https://sparrik.com/privacy/

What's new

Two free scenarios are new: a counter-offer to stay after an offer elsewhere, and a scope change on a freelance job that is already signed. In the store, each pack lists the scenarios it includes.
