SparkUCS is the mobile softphone and messaging app for your SparkUCS company account. Make and receive calls on your business numbers, text from your company SMS inbox, and keep recordings, transcripts, and AI action items with you — on Android phones and tablets. CALLS • Softphone using your SparkUCS DIDs • Incoming calls use the Android system call experience (including when the app is in the background) • Mute, speaker, Bluetooth, and Android Auto / car audio via the system UI • Transfers, DTMF, active calls, and history with contact names SMS • Threaded company SMS inbox • Push notifications for new messages • Shared contacts with name autocomplete AFTER THE CALL • Play recordings in the app • Review transcripts and summaries • Manage AI-generated action items and due dates FOR TEAMS • Operator, company admin, and global admin roles • Company contacts (shared or private) • Settings aligned with your web SparkUCS account SparkUCS requires an existing company invitation or login.
