Es una aplicación móvil diseñada exclusivamente para los técnicos certificados de Pits App, que les permite gestionar de forma profesional todos los servicios que atienden en campo. A través de esta app, el técnico puede: Recibir en tiempo real las órdenes de servicio (cambio de llanta, paso de corriente, suministro de gasolina, etc.). Consultar la ubicación del cliente mediante geolocalización y las características del vehículo. Actualizar el estatus del servicio (en camino, en sitio, servicio completado) con evidencias fotográficas. Generar reportes básicos de cada atención y recibir la calificación del cliente. Acceder a su historial de servicios, métricas de desempeño y, en su caso, comisiones o pagos asociados. En resumen, es la herramienta operativa que conecta a los técnicos calificados con la demanda de servicios en Pits App, asegurando rapidez, trazabilidad y calidad en cada atención al cliente.
