SparkEstimate Live

SparkEstimate app for electricians. Speak or type the job. Send a branded PDF. They accept. They pay with Stripe. Talk the work the way you would on the truck — customer, 100A or 200A, panel, EV charger, fire alarm, wire, what’s in and out. Spark drafts the scope, assumptions, labor, and materials. You change anything that’s off, then send the PDF. Price like your shop, not a catalog. Your labor rate, your markup, your material cost. Scan a Gilman, CED, or Graybar invoice into the price book. Each supply house keeps its own cost. On the estimate, pick the house you will actually buy from. Mark jobs won or lost when you hear back. The next similar bid uses hours and prices you actually sold. WHO IT IS FOR Licensed electricians who bid service upgrades, panels, EV chargers, fire alarm, generators, and remodel work. Not a generic home-service app. Built around electrical units, conduit, and contractor cost. ON THE JOB • Voice or type the customer and scope • Job templates (100A, 200A, panel, EV charger, fire alarm, and more) • Talk to Spark — change hours, add a homerun, or match how you write • Company logo, license, rates, and terms on the PDF • See when they open it • Price book from invoice PDFs and receipt photos • Separate costs per supply house — never averaged • Convert estimate to invoice — they pay on Stripe • Use it on the truck; the job stays on the phone if you lose signal PLANS Free to try on Android. Shop seat $39.99/mo. Company $99.99/mo. Billing is through Stripe — we never store your card. Anyone can download SparkEstimate and use it. You review every number before it goes to the customer.
