Full description

SOS Staff is the operations app for the Sounds of Screams crew. It is restricted to park employees with an account issued by park management — it is not for guests. WHAT IT DOES • Gate access — scan guest tickets, see re-entry and already-used states instantly • House scanning — GA and Fast Pass lanes, live occupancy against legal capacity, exit scans • Floor ops — ride status, wait times, queue manager, capacity overrides, incident reports • Kitchen board — mobile-order tickets by station, advance orders as they cook • Park Store — price checks, receiving, stock counts, register, app-order pickups, service orders • Photographer mode — link a guest's pass, upload their photos, notify them • Valet, lost & found and crew comms Each operator sees only the modes their role allows. Actions are logged for the park's audit trail. Guests use the separate "Sounds of Screams" app.
