SotaSieve: arXiv paper reader

30,000 arXiv papers are published monthly, so manually screening pre-prints is infeasible. SotaSieve solves that problem by automating screening. Write down exactly what research you're interested in, and SotaSieve will begin notifying you of all the new matches published each day on arXiv. FAQ: How does it work? SotaSieve is a State-Of-The-Art (SOTA) sieve that uses the latest methods for document filtering and retrieval, such as BM25, HyDE with frontier LLMs, and cross-encoder reranking. This ensures that papers will be matched with high accuracy regardless of the arbitrariness of your research interest. For example, you can create a broad sieve on Machine Learning papers using the query "research on subquadratic attention" and expect several papers a day. Or, you can create a very narrow sieve using the query "subquadratic attention via SSMs approaching transformer perplexity on MQAR" and expect to see a match every week or two. FAQ: What happens when a paper matches my sieve? Matching papers trigger push-notifications. Notifications of new papers arrive at 8:00am Pacific on Monday-Friday the same day they're published. Instead of waiting weeks or months to hear about the latest breakthroughs in your field, you can discover them in under 24 hours. You can also opt-in to receive notifications when your starred papers are updated. So, if you find a breakthrough paper and want to follow the research, star it and enable "Revision Notifications" so you get notified whenever the paper is updated or revised.
