Full description
GymTracker is a workout log that gets to the point: open it, it tells you what you are training today, and you log your sets as you go. That is it. It works offline, needs no account to get started and has no ads. What you log stays on your phone. WHAT IT DOES • It tells you what to train today The home screen answers one question: what is up today. Your routine advances by rotation, not by weekday, so missing a Tuesday costs you nothing — the day you skipped is still waiting for you. • Logging a set takes two taps Weight and reps come pre-filled with what you did last time. Repeating? Confirm and move on. Going heavier? Change the number. • Timed rest Closing a set starts the rest timer on its own. The notification spells out what is coming in the next set, so you can read it on your watch without digging the phone out of your pocket. The timer keeps running if you leave the app to change the music. • A summary when you finish How long it took, how many sets, how much volume, and a calorie range worked out from the actual density of your session rather than a generic formula. • Analysis that says something Volume per muscle group, strength progression, average RIR, mood, average duration and fatigue signals. If you have been stuck on an exercise for three weeks, you will see it here. • A page for every exercise Your records, estimated 1RM over time, and the full history of that movement, with a photo or illustration if you add one. • Calendar Everything you have done, day by day. Add a workout you forgot, fix a set you typed wrong, log a fitness class, or mark a day as rest. • Body weight History with a chart, plus a reminder on the days and at the time you choose. • A real backup Export everything to a JSON file, photos included, and restore it whenever you like. It is yours and you can open it: no closed format, no server in the middle. STARTING FROM ZERO The first time you open it, four quick questions leave your routine ready to go — full body, upper/lower, or push-pull-legs. Or build your own from scratch. There is also a simple mode, on by default, which hides RIR, advanced techniques and automatic increments until you want them. If you already know what a dropset is, switch to advanced mode in Settings and everything shows up. YOUR DATA IS YOURS What you log lives on your phone. No analytics, no trackers, no ads, and nothing is sent anywhere unless you turn on the Drive backup yourself. If you do, it goes to your own Google Drive, into a private folder only this app can read: nobody else has access, not even me. And the manual backup is still a JSON file you download and can open yourself. No closed format, no server in between. WHAT IT IS NOT It is not a gym social network, it has no challenges or streaks nagging at you, and it will not ask you to subscribe to see your own history. It is a notebook that happens to do the maths. Free and complete. There is an optional subscription that adds the cloud backup and the routine review, but nothing that was already free becomes paid. English and Spanish.
