S.O.S. – Siblings Overcoming Sadness is a compassionate support app designed to help individuals navigate grief, healing, and personal growth at their own pace. Through a guided 12-step healing journey, S.O.S. provides a private and supportive space to reflect on emotions, preserve meaningful memories, develop healthy coping practices, and connect with a caring community. With S.O.S., you can: • Follow a guided 12-step healing journey • Complete daily emotional check-ins • Reflect through private journaling exercises • Preserve meaningful memories in your Memory Vault • Access grounding and breathing exercises for difficult days • Receive supportive affirmations and encouragement • Connect with the S.O.S. community • Track your personal journey and completed steps • Access helpful support resources Your journey, at your pace Healing does not follow a schedule. S.O.S. is designed without competitive streaks or pressure. Take the time you need with each step and return to completed reflections whenever you want. Support for hard days When grief feels especially difficult, S.O.S. provides quick access to calming and grounding tools, encouragement, reflection, trusted-contact support, and helpful resources. Remember what matters The Memory Vault gives you a meaningful place to preserve photos, memories, sayings, letters, important dates, and other moments connected to the people you love. A supportive community Connect with others who understand that grief can feel different for everyone. The S.O.S. community is designed to encourage respectful conversation, support, and connection.
