Tipmik

Tipmik is a tip tracker for servers and bartenders. Scan your checkout, save your shift, and see what you earned after tip out. SCAN YOUR CHECKOUT Photograph your end-of-shift checkout slip, or the screens of your tip payout app. Tipmik reads your sales and tips, you check the numbers, correct anything that needs it, and save. No slip? Enter your shift by hand. YOUR REAL HOURLY PAY Every shift shows your take home: tips, plus tip in, minus tip out, plus your wage. See your hourly average for each shift, week, pay period, month and year. EVERY JOB, EVERY RULE Work more than one job? Keep each one's wage and tip-out rule: a percentage of sales, a percentage of tips, or a flat amount. Tipmik fills in the tip out, and you can adjust it for the shift. Tips you receive from the floor count too. YOUR HISTORY, ON A CALENDAR See every logged shift on a calendar. Compare earnings, hours and hourly averages by week, pay period, month or year, and find your best days, parts of the day and jobs. Compare a shift with last week's, last month's, or your average for that day. GOALS THAT FILL AS YOU EARN Set an earnings target for rent, a trip, or a little breathing room, and watch each shift move you toward it. With enough history, Tipmik estimates how many more shifts it may take. PLAN YOUR WEEK Add the shifts you're scheduled for, repeat them weekly, and see what the week should bring. Get a reminder after close to log tonight's tips. BRING YOUR HISTORY Coming from another tip tracking app or a spreadsheet? Import your export file (CSV) and keep every tip, hour and note. TAX TOOLS (OPTIONAL) Turn on Tax tools to keep a daily tip record: cash and card tips kept apart, every tip out and who received it, and service charges logged separately. Each month, Tipmik asks whether you reported last month's cash tips to your employer. Check your declared tips against your W-2, and export your records as a PDF, or a ZIP with CSVs and checkout photos, for you or your tax preparer. CONNECT YOUR AI ASSISTANT Ask Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant about your shifts and goals, or have it log a shift for you. You approve every connection in the app, and you can disconnect it anytime. YOUR DATA Your shifts sync with your Tipmik account, and you can log offline and sync when you're back online. Export your history anytime. Usage analytics never include your earnings, names, notes or slip contents, and you can turn them off. TIPMIK PRO Tipmik is a subscription, monthly or yearly, with a free trial for new subscribers. Cancel anytime in Google Play. Figures are calculated from what you enter and are for your own records; they aren't tax advice.
