SignedHours: BCBA Fieldwork

SignedHours is the fieldwork record for BCBA candidates and the supervisors who sign it. It is the companion app to signedhours.com. Your account, your supervision contract and your subscription are set up on the website; this app is where you log day to day and where your supervisor signs. LOGGED HOURS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE HOURS Monthly caps, unrestricted minimums, supervision percentages and observation requirements all cut into what you log. Every month is scored against the requirements in force, and you are shown the number that will actually be accepted rather than the number you wrote down. NOTHING IS GRANDFATHERED The BACB judges your hours by the rules in force when you file your application, not when you earned them. So every month is scored against both the 2022 and the 2027 requirements at the same time, and where the two disagree you are told - along with what would fix it, and by when. THE DEADLINE THAT ERASES A MONTH A month has to be signed by the last day of the month after it. Miss that and the BACB counts none of it. The app counts down to that date and chases both of you before it passes. YOUR SUPERVISOR DOES NOT NEED AN ACCOUNT They can sign from a link you email them, with no app and no password. If they supervise several people, signing in here collects the whole caseload in one list ordered by who is waiting on them. IT WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL Fieldwork happens in homes, schools, cars and basements. An entry is written to the device first and sends itself when you are back in range, and the app tells you plainly what has not gone yet rather than pretending. ONE RECORD, NOT THREE Every rule is applied on the server, so the phone, the tablet and the website can never disagree about whether a month counts. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Clients are codes you choose. There is no field anywhere to type a patient name, date of birth or address, so none of it is ever on our servers. No ads, and nothing about you is sold to anyone. SignedHours records and scores what you enter. It does not certify anything, it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, and you remain responsible for your own fieldwork records.
