OpsVara runs the daily operations of a field service business — the schedule, the work itself, and getting paid — from one app. AN OPSVARA ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED OpsVara is software your company buys and sets up. Your employer or service provider invites you and you sign in with those details. If your company does not use OpsVara, this app will not have anything to show you. FOR CREWS IN THE FIELD • Today's job list and route, with directions to each stop and one-tap calling for the on-site contact • GPS check-in and check-out at the site • Guided job flows built around the work: pool service, lawn and weed treatment, lake and pond treatment, fountain and aeration, and equipment repair • Log the products and chemicals you applied, with rates recorded for compliance • Capture job photos and video. Uploads queue on the device when you have no signal and send themselves once you are back in coverage — the job is never blocked waiting on a bar of LTE • Scan equipment on site to pull up its service history • Check what is on the truck and run inventory counts • Flag a problem from the job without calling the office FOR OFFICE AND MANAGERS • Review the schedule and move work between crews from anywhere • Watch crews and job status on a live map • Build and send quotes, and turn approved ones into service agreements • Send invoices and take a card payment on the spot • Manage customers, sites, leads, and contracts FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS Customers your company invites get their own sign-in: • Review quotes and approve or decline them with an electronic signature • View and pay invoices • See past and upcoming visits, and what was done on each • Keep site details and permits current • Message the office or request a callback BUILT FOR Pool maintenance, lawn care and weed treatment, lake and pond management, fountain and aeration service, and general field service work.
