■ 디딤돌이란? "운동을 시작해야지", "자격증을 따야지" — 목표는 분명한데 막상 뭘 먼저 해야 할지 몰라 시작을 미루게 되죠. 디딤돌은 큰 목표를 바로 할 수 있는 작은 단계(STEP)로 쪼개고, 단계마다 필요한 준비물까지 챙겨주는 앱입니다. 징검다리를 하나씩 건너듯, 다음 한 걸음만 보면 됩니다. ■ 목표 → STEP → 준비물 • 목표 — 하고 싶은 일과 그 이유, 기한을 적어요. D-day와 진행률이 카드에 바로 보여요. • STEP — 목표를 이루기 위해 해야 할 일을 순서대로. 예상 시간도 적고, 카드를 길게 눌러 순서를 바꿀 수 있어요. • 준비물 — STEP마다 필요한 물건을 적어두면 '준비물' 탭에 목표별로 모여 장보기 목록처럼 쓸 수 있어요. • 달성 — 다 이룬 목표는 달성 탭에 날짜와 함께 차곡차곡 쌓여요. ■ 분기점과 함께 쓰면 같은 개발자의 플래너 앱 「분기점」과 같은 계정으로 로그인하면, STEP을 분기점의 오늘 할 일이나 습관으로 바로 보낼 수 있어요. "주 3회 30분 걷기" 같은 반복 STEP은 습관으로 보내 매일 체크하세요. ■ AI 도우미 (선택 기능) 본인의 Google Gemini API 키를 등록하면 목표 다듬기, STEP 초안 만들기, 너무 큰 STEP 쪼개기, 준비물 추천을 도와줍니다.
