EstateFlow Agent is the field application for real estate agents, site staff and channel partners working with companies that run the EstateFlow CRM. IMPORTANT: This is a business application. Your account is created for you by the post-sales administrator at the company you work with — you cannot sign up inside the app. If your company does not already use EstateFlow, contact [email protected]. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Shifts — check in at the start of your day and out at the end, with a location stamp and an optional selfie. • Property visits — check in at a site, confirm you are inside the project's geofence, attach photos, record the outcome and check out. • Navigation — open turn-by-turn directions to any project. • Leads — view and create the leads assigned to you. • Projects and availability — browse projects, layouts and live unit availability. • Sales and commissions — your sale history, commission entries and payout status. • Marketing material — download creatives and request branded material. • Requests — raise vehicle, material and wallet requests to your site in-charge. PERMISSIONS, AND WHY • Location — used for shift check-in and check-out, and to verify you are at the property when you check into a visit. While a shift is open, the app also sends your position periodically so your supervisor can see the live field map. Collection is foreground-only: it starts when you check in, stops when you check out, and never runs while the app is closed. The app asks first and explains why. • Camera — used only when you tap capture, for attendance selfies and site photos. • Photos — used only to attach a single image you pick to a visit. You can decline any of these and keep using the rest of the app. YOUR DATA Your data belongs to the organisation that issued your account. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
