Calculate Set your height, date of birth and sex once, then enter your weight in metric (kg) or imperial (lb) units to calculate your BMI. See your BMI on a gauge with its category, from severely underweight to obese class 3, using the standard adult BMI ranges. See the healthy weight range for your height (BMI 18.5 to 24.9) and how far you are from it. Optional Asian-Indian BMI ranges (healthy 18.0 to 22.9, overweight from 23), if you prefer them to the WHO ranges. A reference table shows every BMI category with yours highlighted. More estimates Estimated daily energy needs (TDEE and EER) and resting energy (BMR, Mifflin-St Jeor) for your activity level, plus estimated body-fat percentage (Deurenberg). Each figure names its formula. Date of birth and sex are used only for these estimates, never for your BMI. History and trends Every calculation is saved on your device, grouped by month, with the change since your last reading. Trend charts of your BMI or weight over 30 days, 90 days, a year, or all your readings, with your current value, change and average. Export your history to CSV whenever you want a copy.
