Do It Mate: Goals With Friends

Goals stick when someone is watching. Do It Mate turns a goal into a shared commitment: you and your friends agree what a miss costs, check in every day, and the app keeps one honest record of who is on track and who owes what. It is a habit tracker with accountability built in. Start alone in ten seconds, then bring your friends in when you are ready. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick a goal. One tap and it is due today. 2. Invite a mate with a code or a link. 3. Check in every day. Add a photo when a goal calls for proof. 4. Miss a deadline and the agreed amount is added to the ledger automatically. 5. Settle up between yourselves and mark it paid. WHAT YOU GET • Today: everything due across all your groups, with one tap to check in • Private groups: invite-only, with no public feed • Daily, every-few-days and weekly goals, for building a habit or breaking one • Misses are recorded on their deadline, even if nobody opens the app • Optional photo proof, so a check-in is more than a tap • Streaks, weekly standings and the full history of every goal • Reminders before a deadline, and a short recap every Monday morning • Group chat and an activity feed • Balances that show exactly who owes whom • Ready-made goals for exercise, reading, sleep, water, no sugar and more • Free public challenges to join with people you have not met, with no money involved GREAT FOR • Gym and fitness commitments with a training partner • Reading, study and side-project consistency • Cutting down: sugar, smoking, doomscrolling • Flatmates, couples and teams who want to keep each other honest • Thirty-day challenges with your squad HONEST ABOUT THE MONEY Do It Mate keeps the ledger, not your money. Penalties are recorded in the app so everyone can see the running total, and you settle up between yourselves however you normally would. The app has no payments, no card details and no fees. FREE, WITH AN OPTIONAL PRO PLAN Everything above is free: create a group of your own and join as many as you are invited to. Do It Mate Pro, billed monthly or yearly through Google Play (new subscribers get the first 7 days of the yearly plan free), adds unlimited groups of your own, a monthly streak freeze that keeps your streak through one missed deadline (the miss still counts on the ledger), a full-year view of your check-ins and an export of your ledger. There are no ads on any plan. YOUR DATA Only the people in your group see your goals, check-ins and photos. You can delete your account and everything in it from the You tab at any time.
