IF IT DOESN'T PASS: Play the tape forward: write out where the first drink actually goes. Tonight, tomorrow morning, the day after. What you write never leaves your phone. IF YOU'RE STILL STRUGGLING: A search for colors in the room to bring you back into it, and the things that help people surf an urge, ready when you are. PEOPLE WHO GET IT: A community feed of people doing this too. Share a good day, a hard night, or a picture of something that made you happy. React to other people's days. Block anyone instantly, and report anything, without a word to them. YOUR DAYS, COUNTED: Your day count, and under it a second number that only goes up: every craving you've outlasted. Days can start over; that number never does. Milestones are celebrated when you reach them: a week, a month, a hundred days, a year, etc. WHAT IT COSTS: Free for 14 days, then $9.99 a month or $49.99 a year, billed through Google Play.
