SnowGrid: Snow Removal & Plow

SnowGrid is snow removal software for plowing and shoveling businesses. Dispatch your snow plow crews, watch every job move from booked to done, and keep before and after photos of every property you clear. Built for snow removal companies still running storm days on phone calls, group texts and a spreadsheet. DISPATCH YOUR SNOW PLOW CREWS • Assign snow removal jobs to your crew in seconds • See each contractor's live GPS location on the map while they are online • Follow every job from booked, to assigned, in progress, completed and approved • Push notifications when a job is assigned or a message arrives MEASURE AND PRICE EVERY PROPERTY • Draw a driveway, parking lot or walkway directly on the satellite map • SnowGrid measures the area in square feet for you • Each job is priced from the measured area, your base rate, the snow depth and the priority • Prices are calculated on the server, so a quote cannot be changed from a phone PROOF OF SERVICE ON EVERY JOB • Before and after photos on every snow removal job • Start and finish times recorded on every job • A service history for each property, so you can show the work was done and when • In-app chat between your office, your plow drivers and your customers KEEP THE MONEY STRAIGHT • See what each job is worth and what every contractor is owed • Contractor payouts tracked from owed, to in review, to paid • A disputed job pauses its payout and waits for your decision — nothing is reversed automatically ONE APP FOR THE WHOLE SNOW REMOVAL BUSINESS • Owner and office — dispatch, customers, contractors, pricing and payouts • Plow drivers and contractors — assigned jobs, photo upload, chat and earnings • Customers — request snow removal, follow the job status, see the photos and job history A FREE PLAN, NOT A TRIAL Every feature is included on the free plan. The only limits are size: up to 5 active contractors and 30 active customers. Live GPS, property measurement, photos and chat are all included from day one, and your properties and job history are never capped. Premium removes the limits for one flat price per season. NO COMMISSION, EVER SnowGrid never takes a percentage of your snow plowing or snow removal jobs. What you charge your customer is what you keep. ABOUT PAYMENTS SnowGrid records payments — it does not process them. You collect from your customers the way you do today, and the app keeps the ledger of what was charged, what each contractor is owed and what has been paid. No card details are entered in the app at any point. ABOUT LOCATION Contractors share their location only while they are online, a switch they turn on and off themselves, with a notification visible the whole time. Going offline stops it immediately. SnowGrid does not request background location access. Made for snow removal contractors, snow plowing companies, landscapers who plow in winter and property managers across the United States and Canada.
