SNTracker

SNTracker is the mobile app for SFMS (Staff Fleet Management System) by SN Embedded Systems. It helps fleet operators, drivers, and passengers run staff and corporate transport with live GPS, trip dispatch, and in-trip safety tools. This app is for organizations that use SFMS. You need an account from your fleet operator or a registered owner profile. It is not a public taxi or ride-hailing marketplace. WHO IT IS FOR • Fleet owners, managers, and supervisors • Transport SPOCs booking trips for corporate employees • Drivers on assigned staff trips • Passengers (corporate employees and external riders) FLEET OPERATORS • Live fleet map with vehicle location • Create, book, and manage trips (stops, passengers, vehicle, driver) • Approve bookings, cancellations, and route-change requests • Drivers, vehicles, documents, and geofences • Trip alerts, SOS, and customer care • Billing, invoices, and reports • Push updates for trip status, payments, and requests DRIVERS • See assigned trips and accept or reject confirmation • Live trip map with heading-up follow and Google Maps navigation to the next stop • Board passengers with OTP, skip no-shows (where allowed), and deboard at drop • Confirm cash fare when required • SOS and trip-support chat • Precise location is shared during an active trip — including in the background — so passengers and your operator can track the vehicle. Sharing stops when the trip ends or you sign out. A “SFMS trip tracking” notification may stay visible while tracking is on. PASSENGERS • Upcoming trips, live tracking, and ETAs • Board OTP, stop-change requests, and trip history • Pay fare (UPI or cash, as allowed by your operator) • SOS and support chat LOCATION AND SAFETY Maps and live tracking use Google Maps. Driver background location is used only for an active trip, for safety and dispatch — not for advertising. SOS is a help feature; in an emergency always call local emergency services. PAYMENTS Fares and invoices follow your operator’s rate cards. Card and UPI checkout is processed by Razorpay.
