SBOX: CustomJewelry

SmithBox helps jewelers turn a client’s idea into a manufacturable custom jewelry project. The mobile app is your companion for project intake and collaboration with the SmithBox team—from the first sketch and stone notes through production updates and messages. Capture what you know now, attach reference photos and videos, and keep work moving without wrestling a long desktop form on your phone. CREATE PROJECTS WITH CONFIDENCE Start a new custom jewelry project with a guided, step-by-step wizard built for mobile. Capture piece details, stones, finishes, and other production-relevant information as you have it—not all at once. Save progress, come back later, and submit when you’re ready so nothing important is lost. PHOTOS, VIDEO, AND REFERENCES Attach images and short videos that show the piece, inspiration, stones, and custom engraving. Use the camera to capture details in the moment, or choose existing media from your library. Clear references help design, rendering, and manufacturing stay aligned with what your client wants. PROJECTS AND PROGRESS Browse and open your projects, review the details you’ve submitted, and follow work as it advances through the SmithBox process. Stay connected to the working record SmithBox uses for design, rendering, casting, and manufacturing—without starting over for every follow-up. MESSAGES AND COLLABORATION Communicate with the SmithBox team in the context of a project. Share updates, answer questions, and attach media so feedback and production decisions stay with the right job. GALLERY AND INSPIRATION Browse the gallery when you’re exploring ideas (including guest access where available). Use what you find to kick off a new project or refine a conversation with your client. NOTIFICATIONS AND ACCOUNT Get notified about activity that matters to your work. Manage profile and app settings so your experience stays secure and personal to your account. BUILT FOR THE SMITHBOX WORKFLOW SmithBox is designed around how custom jewelry actually gets made: imperfect first drafts, sync-ups to refine the vision, and a shared project record that improves over time. The app focuses on intake and ongoing collaboration—so you can spend more time with clients and less time chasing paperwork. Whether you’re capturing a rush idea on the sales floor or following a job already in production, SmithBox keeps your custom jewelry work organized, visual, and ready for the next step.
