Back up everything — every habit, its full history, and your settings — to a single file, and save it wherever you like: your device, Google Drive, iCloud Drive, or email. On your new phone, restore from that file and pick up exactly where you left off. Backups work between Android and iPhone. EXPORT TO A SPREADSHEET Your habit history is yours. Export it to CSV — one row per habit per day, with missed days included — and work out your own completion rates in any spreadsheet app. REMINDERS THAT RESPECT YOUR TIME Set a reminder per habit so the ones that matter don't slip through the day.
