SST Attendance

SmartStep Attendance is an enterprise-grade workforce management solution designed to streamline employee check-ins and ensure accurate time tracking. Built for companies managing field staff, on-site workers, and distributed teams, our platform guarantees that attendance is logged accurately, securely, and transparently. Core Features: • Geofenced Check-In and Check-Out Employees can only log their time when they are physically inside their designated work zones. By utilizing precise GPS coordinates, the system verifies location instantly to prevent time theft and unauthorized remote check-ins. • Live Photo Verification Maintain absolute accountability. Every check-in and check-out requires a real-time photo to verify the identity of the employee, effectively eliminating buddy punching. • Active Shift Route Tracking For mobile or field-based teams, the app securely records location routes during active working hours. To ensure complete employee privacy, all background tracking strictly ceases the moment the employee checks out or their scheduled shift ends. • Secure Device Binding To maintain strict access control, employee accounts are hardware-bound to their specific mobile device. This prevents account sharing and unauthorized access across multiple phones. • Offline Synchronization Working in an area with poor cellular reception? The application securely stores attendance data locally on the device and automatically synchronizes with the company server the moment an internet connection is restored. (Please Note: This application requires an active corporate account provided by your employer. Accounts cannot be registered directly through the app.)
