SCAN MARK SHEETS Point your phone camera at each paper mark sheet and capture it. Add multiple sheets to one batch. Tap Process Batch and the AI reads every student registration number and mark automatically — even handwritten sheets. No typing. No manual transfer. VOICE ENTRY Upload your class list, then speak naturally in Swahili or English. Say "namba moja amepata 12, namba mbili amepata 45" and the app maps each mark to the correct student by their position in the list. Up to 5 students per voice batch. AUTOMATIC VALIDATION SmartScan flags every error before it reaches your system. Marks above the maximum are highlighted. Duplicate registration numbers are caught. Unreadable entries are flagged for your review. You correct only what needs correcting.
