JouleOps is Smart Joules' field operations app for HVAC technicians, site managers and facility teams. It replaces paper logs and spreadsheets with a single mobile tool for everything that happens during a shift at a client site — and it keeps working even when the network doesn't. ATTENDANCE Geofenced check-in and check-out confirm technicians are on-site when they start and end a shift, with a Work From Home option for remote staff. TICKETS & INCIDENTS Raise, assign and track maintenance complaints and equipment incidents from first report through to resolution, with photos, comments and status history in one place. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE Run scheduled maintenance checklists against each asset, capture readings and photos, and complete a digital sign-off — no paper checklists to lose or re-key. SITE LOGS Record daily readings — temperature, chiller performance, water quality and more — against a site's configured log schedule. ASSET MAPPING Photograph and verify equipment nameplates to keep each site's asset register accurate. OFFLINE-FIRST Every screen works without a signal. Entries made offline are queued on the device and sync automatically the moment connectivity returns, so a spotty plant-room signal never blocks the job. BUILT FOR THE TEAM Role-based access shows each user only the sites and modules relevant to their job, and push notifications keep technicians and managers aligned on new work and SLA deadlines. JouleOps is an internal application. Accounts are provisioned by an administrator or by a self-signup request that an administrator reviews and approves — it is not open to the public.
