Sensitive Device Permissions: Notification Access (Automated Media Tracking) Scucha uses Notification Access to identify and log media sessions from apps that support standard Android media controls, such as Spotify, YouTube, Audible, and web browsers. How it works: Media Sync: It reads media metadata (title and artist) and playback status (play/pause) directly from your device's media notifications. Automated Logging: This allows Scucha to automatically record the duration of your listening sessions, so your "hours to fluency" are tracked effortlessly in the background.
