SmartBus: Ứng dụng dành cho người đi xe buýt XE BUÝT THÔNG MINH, THANH TOÁN NHANH - KHÔNG TIỀN LẺ CÁC TÍNH NĂNG HỖ TRỢ CỦA HỆ THỐNG BÁN VÉ XE BUÝT THÔNG MINH: - Tiền vé sẽ được trừ vào tài khoản thẻ SmartBus hoặc tài khoản ví Momo. Không cần xuất vé khi thanh toán. - Hoàn tất thanh toán chỉ với một chạm bằng thẻ SmartBus hoặc quét mã QR. - Theo dõi chuyến đi với bản đồ hệ thống xe buýt thông minh. - Tra cứu tuyến xe chỉ với một cú click chuột vào app SmartBus. - Kiểm tra 10 lịch sử giao dịch gần nhất. - Xem thông tin cá nhân. - Xác minh nhanh-gọn đối tượng người dùng, không cần giấy tờ cá nhân với thẻ SmartBus. - Thanh toán đa dạng: Thẻ xe buýt thông minh SmartBus, Mã QR trên điện thoại, Tiền mặt. + MÃ QR TRÊN ĐIỆN THOẠI BƯỚC 1. Cầm điện thoại mở sẵn mã QR lên xe buýt. BƯỚC 2. Hướng mã QR vào khu vực đọc mã trên xe buýt. BƯỚC 3. Nghe thấy tiếng “bíp” tức thanh toán thành công. Tiền được trừ trực tiếp vào số dư tài khoản SMARTBUS. + ĐĂNG KÝ SỬ DỤNG MÃ QR CỦA HỆ THỐNG XE BUÝT THÔNG MINH: BƯỚC 1: Chọn “SMARTBUS” tại ứng dụng ví điện tử trên điện thoại. Lưu ý: Khi đăng ký online, khách hàng chỉ có thể thanh toán dịch vụ xe buýt bằng mã QR trên điện thoại.
Có nhu cầu nhận Thẻ SMARTBUS, khách hàng cần đến đăng ký tại các điểm giao dịch. Chú ý mang theo giấy tờ cá nhân để hưởng ưu tiên khi thuộc đối tượng miễn giảm. + CÁCH NẠP TIỀN SỬ DỤNG HỆ THỐNG XE BUÝT THÔNG MINH CÁCH NẠP TIỀN ONLINE: Bước 1: Đăng nhập vào ứng dụng SMARTBUS trên điện thoại bằng thông tin tài khoản và mật khẩu đã được gửi đến tin nhắn SMS và Email của mình. Bước 2: Khách hàng nhập số điện thoại của tài khoản nhận tiền. Bước 3: Chọn phương thức thanh toán và xác nhận giao dịch. Sau khi nạp tiền thành công, khách hàng nhận được thông báo giao dịch thành công và có thể sử dụng thẻ để thanh toán trên xe buýt. CÁCH NẠP TIỀN OFFLINE: Bước 1: Đến các điểm giao dịch các tuyến áp dụng. Bước 2: Yêu cầu nạp tiền vào ví xe buýt SMARTBUS. Đưa tiền mặt tương ứng với số tiền yêu cầu nạp vào tài khoản. Bước 3: Cung cấp số điện thoại đăng ký tài khoản SMARTBUS cho nhân viên. Kiểm tra lại tài khoản SMARTBUS khi hoàn tất nạp tiền.
