Smart Animal

SMART ANIMAL is a completely free health monitoring app for dogs with diagnosed or suspected Cushing's syndrome. Whether your dog is on treatment, waiting for test results, or you are simply tracking changes, the app helps you build a clear picture of their health over time There is no cost and no requirement for a specific diagnosis or Cushing’s medication to use this app. Record daily symptoms and observations, medication and treatment changes, weight, nutrition and supplements, photos and notes. Keep lab results and veterinary records in one place, set medication reminders, and track how your dog's health changes week by week and month by month. Cushing's affects dogs differently, and changes in thirst, appetite, energy, weight, skin and coat can be difficult to notice or describe over time. SMART ANIMAL helps you record and follow these changes. You can also keep a record of other health conditions your dog has, such as pancreatitis, hypertension, diabetes, kidney or gallbladder disease, alongside their Cushing's history. For example, calcinosis cutis can be recorded as part of the regular skin and coat check. Everything stays in one place, with a timeline showing how your dog's health has changed over time. SMART ANIMAL also monitors recorded symptoms for defined warning patterns and alerts you when veterinary attention may be needed, with your saved vet and emergency clinic details immediately at hand.
