What's for dinner? Smakly gives you recipes from people who actually cook, a meal planner for the whole week, and a grocery list that writes itself from that plan. Calories and macros are counted along the way. Free to download. Available in English and Polish. RECIPES FROM PEOPLE WHO COOK Your home feed shows new recipes from the people you follow, and what they cooked and rated themselves. In between, you get suggestions from other cooks. • Discover: search recipes by name, meal type, prep time, difficulty and diet • Enter the products you have in the fridge and see recipes that use them • Save the recipes you like and keep your own in your cookbook – publish them or keep them to yourself RATED BY PEOPLE WHO COOKED IT When you finish cooking, Smakly records that you made the dish. Reviews from people who did get a "Cooked it" badge, and every recipe shows how many times it has been cooked. Stars and comments, not just likes. A comment in another language? Tap "Translate" and your phone translates it on the spot. A WEEKLY MEAL PLANNER Set your day template once: which meals you eat and what share of your daily calories each one gets. Then drop a recipe onto a day and a meal – for yourself or for the whole household. • Calories, protein, fat and carbs for every day you plan • An estimate of your daily calorie needs, with no weight-loss goals forced on you • Copy and move meals between days • Add a single food to the plan too, like yogurt or an apple • Metric or imperial units ONE PLANNER FOR THE HOUSEHOLD A shared meal calendar for your family, partner or flatmates – up to 10 people. Before you start cooking, tick those meals under "Cook in advance" and Smakly scales the ingredients for all of them at once. Cook once, eat twice. PROFILES: WHAT PEOPLE COOK AND RECOMMEND You don't have to publish recipes for your profile to be useful. It shows the recipes you recommend (the ones you rated 4 or 5 stars) and, if you choose, what you've cooked lately. Make your account private and you decide who follows you. In the evening Smakly can send a short digest of what's new from the people you follow – only when there is something. WHAT SMAKLY DOESN'T DO No weigh-ins, no weight charts, no weight-loss targets.
