OpenScene: AI video studio

OpenScene is a local-first video editor: import clips, cut and arrange them on a timeline, and use AI assistance to help plan and refine your edits. Key features * Timeline editing: a lightweight editor with import, split, trim, and undo/redo. Drag a clip to move it, or drag its ends to trim. * AI editing assistant: ask for editing suggestions, a video plan, script feedback, or a shot list in plain conversation. * Review before action: AI-assisted actions are shown on screen for your review before they are applied. Nothing runs silently. Local-first by design * Imported clips are copied into the project, so your project can continue to work even if the original is removed from your photo library. * The app only accesses your photo library when you choose media yourself. It does not scan your library automatically. * It writes to your photo library only when you choose to save an export. * Photo access is used to import clips, and photo write access is used to save finished exports. A companion to the desktop app OpenScene mobile shares the same timeline model and editing workflow as the desktop editor. You can trim clips, organize your timeline, and use AI assistance while on the go, then continue editing on desktop. What this version doesn't do yet Heavy on-device video processing that requires a separate mobile-specific processing pipeline is not included yet. OpenScene is under active development, with a focus on timeline editing and AI-assisted editing workflows.
