SlimFit Formula

SlimFit is a calm, everyday health companion built for people in Tanzania and across East Africa. No badges, no confetti, no shouting - just the few numbers that matter, ready in a glance. TRACK YOUR DAY IN SECONDS - Steps counted automatically by your phone's motion sensor - Water logged with a single tap - Food and meals with calorie estimates from a built-in food database - Weight and BMI, charted over time so you can see the trend, not just today MEAL PLANS THAT MAKE SENSE HERE Weekly plans built around dishes you actually eat - ugali, ndizi nyama, pilau, maharage, mchicha - instead of imported menus that ignore your kitchen. GUIDED WORKOUTS Follow along with structured sessions you can do at home, with clear timing and no equipment required. WALKS AND RUNS Start the Route Tracker and SlimFit maps your walk or run, keeping distance, duration and calories even if you lock your phone mid-session. Your route is drawn on your device - only the summary is saved. YOUR SLIMFIT COACH An optional AI coach reads your goal, your intake and your activity, and gives you one short, practical suggestion. It is guidance, not medical advice. HOME-SCREEN WIDGETS Put your step count and your food log on your home screen, plus a Quick Settings tile to log food without opening the app. FULLY BILINGUAL Every screen works in English and Kiswahili. BUILT WITH RESPECT FOR YOUR DATA No ads. No analytics or tracking SDKs. Nothing sold to anyone. Location is only ever collected while a walk or run is actively recording. You can permanently delete your account and everything in it from Profile > Delete account, any time. Under-18 accounts get extra safeguards: weight-loss goals and calorie deficits are switched off, and the coach only gives balanced, non-restrictive guidance. SlimFit is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise.
